Youth Work Weikart Methods Trainers

Built on more than 50 years of research and practice in positive youth development, these 10 interactive workshops are modeled on the Weikart Center’s pyramid of program quality & designed to give point-of-service staff practical skills they can implement immediately.

National Trainers Initiative (NTI)

The National Trainers Initiative (NTI) provides opportunities for every Boys & Girls Club Organization to have certified in-house trainer(s). Embedding certified trainers within Organizations allows them to conduct their own trainings and collaborate with other local organizations to host learning events.
